ACEM OSCE Examination Course
This is a two day, intensive course ideally suited to those about to sit the clinical component of the fellowship exam for the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine.
The course format includes small group workshops and multiple OSCE stations in examination format. Participants will receive individual feedback on their OSCE performance with examiners mark sheets available.
Our faculty have vast experience in the new format of the Fellowship Exam. This course aims to teach the important techniques required to successfully pass this exam, rather than knowledge which be learnt from textbooks.
This course is accredited by the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine and is run by faculty from Australia and around New Zealand.

Educational Outcomes / content
At the end of this course the participant will have had practice and feedback on techniques for the fellowship OSCE examination. The emphysis is on exam technique, with some workshops covering common but tricky situations within the OSCE.
Venue
This year we are pleased to be able to run our course in the new medical education venue in Christchurch – “Manawa”, 276 Antigua Street, just across the road from Christchurch Hospital. Morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea are provided daily.
